I love this shot. It is rich and moody. It makes me think about a dark and stormy night. I think it was weird, but I got this when shooting in broad daylight. There was no modifying of the shot except for a slight vignette. This was straight from the camera. I like it a lot.
You know, I just can't WAIT for the spring to come. I love the colors and the flowers. I hope I get some good shots this spring.
So you go to pull onto the freeway and you get this picture! Of course I'm going to snap it. Gotta love the mountains they keep me sane in this chaotic area.
So I sit right next to a mountain. It is spring now, and I tell you, I REALLY want to be outside right now. So I shot this from the office window, on the iPhone, and changed it slightly. I really don't want to be inside right now. Oh well, gotta work!
So, there are only a few creatures in this world that will stare you down when you point a camera in their direction. A cat is one of them. They have a certain majesty about them, and then they run. Oh well, such is their way.
So my cousin and his girlfriend came by over the weekend. It was a great time had by all. They are just as crazy about photography as I am. We went out for a bite to eat, and then swung by our place and just jumped into an impromptu photo shoot. My cousin used his camera and my light to shoot his girlfriend. It was really fun.
Then I had the chance to shoot the two of them. It was a lot of fun to see the two interact. When you shoot couples, it is a whole new perspective. You might have one that is nervous, or both. You might have one that likes to be shot from a different way, either way, it's always fun to see how things turned out. This was one of my favorites from the shoot. Hope you enjoy.
So I took this picture playing around with my flash. What I wasn't expecting was getting this shot. I love the mood and the lighting. I think this is one of my more favorite shots that I got out of this shoot. The mood is made form the lighting and the Low Key. It makes me think and ponder.
